The more of this your e-mail contains, the faster we can fix your problem:
- Which plugin and version — the version is shown at the bottom left of every plugin window.
- Your DAW and its version (e.g. FL Studio 2025, Ableton Live 12) — or „standalone".
- Your Windows version (e.g. Windows 11 Pro).
- What happened — what you did, what you expected, and what you got instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
before you write
Many questions — installation, DAW rescans, presets, latency, uninstalling — are already answered in the support & FAQ section (in German). The answer there is often faster than any e-mail.
found a bug?
Bug reports are the most valuable mail we get. Describe the steps that trigger the problem, and if the issue is reproducible, say so — reproducible bugs usually get fixed in the next update.
